What exactly is Asado Experience?
An outdoor social barbecue in Luxembourg, inspired by Argentine asado. You book a ticket, come to the farm, and spend the afternoon eating freshly grilled meat at shared tables with friends, family or new people.
What is included in the ticket?
Entry to the event and the grilled meat served throughout the afternoon, with our sauces. Drinks are not included. If an edition includes anything else, it's on that event's page.
Is the meat really all-you-can-eat?
Yes, for the grilled meat included in your ticket: have as much as you like. It's served progressively as each cut is ready, so it isn't a buffet and not every cut is there at every moment. Drinks, desserts and extras aren't included.
Are drinks included?
No. Drinks are sold separately at the farm's bar, which is run by our venue partner.
How does food service work?
There's no waiter service. You arrive, get your first choripán, and the grill starts serving different cuts as they're ready. Come back for more whenever you like.
Do I need to arrive at a specific time?
Opening times and the best time to arrive will be confirmed for each edition.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Tables are shared, so it's one of the easiest places in Luxembourg to meet people.
Can I come with a group of friends?
Of course. Book your tickets together and arrive together to sit together.
Can I reserve a table?
No, tables can't be reserved at public editions. For a group that wants its own space, ask us about a private asado.
Is this event only for Argentinians?
Not at all. Argentine asado is our inspiration, but Asado Experience is for everyone living in or visiting Luxembourg.
Is the event suitable for children?
Children's tickets and conditions will be confirmed before tickets go on sale.
Are vegetarian options available?
Not confirmed yet. This is a meat-focused barbecue, so please don't book counting on a vegetarian option until we confirm it.
What happens if it rains?
Our bad-weather plan will be published before the season starts.
Where is Kuebebierg Urban Farm?
In Kirchberg, Luxembourg City. The exact address and entrance will be on our venue page.
How do I get there by public transport?
Verified public transport directions will be published on the venue page.
Is parking available?
Parking information will be confirmed on the venue page.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
Whether tickets will be sold at the door will be confirmed. Booking online is the safest way to get a place.
Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?
Our cancellation and transfer policy will be published before tickets go on sale.
How will I receive my ticket?
You book and pay securely on FuegoSocial, our ticketing partner, which sends your booking confirmation. How tickets are checked at the entrance will be confirmed.
Can I bring my dog?
This depends on the venue's rules and will be confirmed.
Are there accessible facilities?
Accessibility details will be confirmed with the venue and published on the venue page.
Can I organize a private or corporate event?
Yes. Tell us about your event through the private events form and we'll get back to you.
